Morgane, the explorer of the soul on the road to Compostela

For a few years now, she has been working to sow all her fears behind her. In July 2019, she decided to plant the seeds of happiness on the Camino de Santiago. This trip, she had been waiting for a long time. She remains convinced that in reality, there is no such thing as chance. Morgane simply had a date with her destiny. It was enough for him to follow with confidence the signs that life has offered him, as in a treasure hunt, while keeping his child's soul. She knows deep down that this new path will take effect, slowly but surely.

This is what she explained to me during our interview: “We only perceive what we are ready to see, the door is within, the key is within us. You can go in search of the Grail all over the world, but you will eventually find that your sacred treasure is not very far away, because it is inside you. I understood that happiness comes first and foremost through self-knowledge. Magic is when the soul acts ”.

However, Morgane did not choose the most direct route. She decided to make her own way from home, from Morbihan, from her beloved Brittany. What she came to look for in the first place was the solitude which is essential for her to be able to listen to "her love for me": over the first 43 days, she walked 37 days without meeting a only pilgrim. To face oneself during such long days, would be an insurmountable test for some of us, but for Morgane it was a pure walk of health.

She gave herself a break as she says, a real parenthesis. During our discussion, Morgane describes to me what she felt: “I am a thoughtful person, sometimes even excessively. At the turn of my life, I felt a need for contemplation and to let myself be crossed by the breath of life. I chose to go and listen to the silence. It's true, I discovered that walking is a real school of presence. It allowed me to free myself from my injuries, while teaching me to be present to myself. The walk forced me to slow down, think of nothing and accept different events as they come. I learned to take advantage of each moment, each landscape, to feel so small in the immensity of the great Whole and I was able to grow up by becoming aware of this. "

Morgane let herself be taken and carried along the way to Compostela, as she confided to me during our exchange: “I found the way to my freedom to be, my inner treasure. If I had to do it again, I would do it again in exactly the same way, because each event, including the obstacles that I may have encountered, have played a very specific role for me and useful to my progress. I believe that our fears recede when we advance towards them, that's what I remember from all this progress. Sometimes life chooses another path for us, because it knows that this other path will be a better teaching. Each new journey is therefore for me the opportunity to go further or should I say, closer inside me. Our fears limit us and yet we are capable of so much more than we think we can do. This is what I walk for: to go beyond my fears, not to wage war on them, but rather to "make peace" with them; to welcome every emotion that I have imprisoned in me in the past; to grow and open myself to the world and to the Life that awaits me here and now; to finally find the color of my interior home. "

You will understand Morgane is not the type to give up her dreams. She has the rage to live. With a valiant heart, she crossed all of France to reach the north of Spain and walked well beyond Compostela to the Ocean at Muxia and Fisterra to go “to the end of the line”.

Faced with the enthusiasm caused on social networks by the story of her three months of adventures, Morgane has just published a book to tell us in detail about her inner journey, throughout her 2,100 km of walk.

At the end of our discussion Morgane concluded: "today, I allow myself to be fully myself. The trip is only a pretext for self-discovery, introspection, inner listening . Basically, the world is a mirror of our inner world. By exploring the world, I also discover myself. I observe myself through my encounters and my reactions. I always learn to know myself better by living new things. experiences, meeting other people, observing what Life makes me live. By welcoming providence, I no longer struggle against anything. I open myself to Life. I thus access peace of the soul , of the mind and of the heart. Better to know oneself, it is also to be at peace with oneself. The one who asks only to exist behind beliefs, fears, wounds, masks or pretenses, conscious or the unconscious will never be happy in my opinion, because happiness is only to be found by setting in motion. I am aware that the path will never be s finished. He is magnetic: as soon as I arrived in Santiago de Compostela, I already knew that he would call me to come back to him sooner or later. So I will continue it, it is obvious. I also decided to share my experience with as many people as possible, so that other people can be inspired by it and can in turn take their pilgrim's staff and thus regain their freedom to dream and to think. Listen to your soul, she knows.

Listen to your soul, she knows. She guides you.

She shows you the way to fulfillment and joy.

Let go for a moment your head which seeks to rationalize, and which thinks it knows everything better than your soul and your heart. Let go of your head and its "must".

View fears and apprehensions with gentleness and compassion. With kindness. Reassure your head, she needs it. Wrap her with love and tenderness.

Thank her for the security she brings you. And watch yourself.

Observe your life. Observe your desires. Feel.

How do you feel in the situation that is there today?

How would you feel if you dared to follow your soul's aspirations. Feel.

Make your soul and your heart vibrate.

They are a source of vitality, enthusiasm, health, enthusiasm, cheerfulness.

Advance on the Way of Joy.

Listen to your soul, she knows.

To extend this lovely moment of poetry, I have chosen for you two sentences from the Indian thinker Jiddu Krishnamurti: “fear blocks the intelligent understanding of life” and “truth is a land without a path”.

To meditate ... slowly but surely ...

good progress
